FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about white-label candle manufacturing.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our candles in glass or ceramic vessels is 100 units per fragrance. For candles in wooden vessels, the MOQ is 50 units per fragrance. Please note that other factors beyond our control — such as the printing company’s requirements for producing labels and/or boxes — may also affect the minimum order quantity.

What is the production lead time for the ordered candles?

The minimum production lead time is 10 working days. Depending on the size of the order — for example, 50,000 candles — our current production capacity and the need to source specific materials, this timeframe may be extended to several months. Please note that the production lead time begins once the candle specifications have been finalised and we have received the label and/or box design.

Can you assist with fragrance selection and label design?

Yes. We can recommend fragrance profiles suitable for your brand and provide guidance on label design, safety information, and packaging.

What types of payment do you accept?

At present, we accept payments by bank transfer only.

Why should we choose you as a manufacturer?

Because you will receive fully transparent terms and pricing, a product that has undergone strict quality control, and competitive prices. If you are a client from the EU or the USA, you will also benefit from two additional advantages — simplified, more affordable transport and the absence of, or reduced, customs procedures.

What materials do you use?

All of our candles are produced in glass, ceramic, or wooden containers. We use 100% natural waxes derived from fruits and annual crops, such as soy, coconut, rapeseed, and others. The wick is either cotton or wooden. If you have a specific preference, we would be happy to discuss it with you.

Do the ingredients used in your candles fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), and is labelling required under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP)?

No. All our candles are safe for use. Their composition falls outside the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH). No labelling is required under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP).
